These terms govern your access to and use of the website at yasuke.co.za (the “Site”), which is operated by Yasuke Consulting (Pty) Ltd (“Yasuke”, “we”, “our”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These terms do not, on their own, form a contract for services. Specific engagements between Yasuke and a client are governed by a separate written agreement between the parties.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal and business purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or these terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any related systems.
- Introduce malicious code, viruses or any other technology that may damage the Site or its users.

- Use the contact form to send spam, unlawful, harassing or misleading content.

You may view and use the Site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or create derivative works from the content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use of publicly published material with appropriate attribution.
The Yasuke name and logo are trade marks of Yasuke Consulting (Pty) Ltd. Third-party names, marks and logos on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.
3. Content accuracy
We take care to keep the content on the Site accurate and up to date, but we make no warranties or representations that any information is complete, current or free from error. The Site is provided for general information and does not constitute professional, legal, financial or technical advice.

The Site may link to third-party websites, tools or services (for example, social media platforms or client portfolios). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.
5. Enquiries and communications
When you submit the contact form or otherwise communicate with us, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate and current, and that you have the authority to share it. We may respond by email, phone or WhatsApp. Handling of the personal information you share is covered by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
