Trudex is our answer: a real-time operations platform that unifies projects, work, issues and reports behind a single dashboard. Filter by project type, save the views your team lives in, triage critical alerts up front, and ask an in-built AI assistant plain-language questions of your live data.
The client sought to automate a competition rewarding customers who purchased their product, incentivising purchases by letting participants submit till slips in exchange for guaranteed airtime rewards.
We developed a WhatsApp-based bot that enabled customers to upload their till slips. Using artificial intelligence, the bot validated the authenticity and eligibility of receipts, then sent airtime to valid receipt holders - streamlining the reward process and enhancing customer engagement.
In addition to periodic reports, we deployed a real-time dashboard giving the client instant access to live campaign data - on-demand visibility into performance metrics for faster decision-making and improved campaign oversight.
A South African directory and booking platform where customers find local services - beauty, medical, fitness - and book them online, and where small businesses run their whole appointment book without paper diaries or phone tag.
Customers filter by distance, price or availability, book as a guest or signed in, pay a deposit via Paystack, and get email updates at every step. Owners publish services and staff, auto-confirm or approve bookings, and manage payments, customers and reviews from a single dashboard.
A gamified concept developed to drive customer engagement and product education for the Pest Control division of our FMCG client. The game reinforces brand awareness while making learning about the product fun and interactive.

Our most ambitious arcade build yet. Climb into a minibus taxi and work a five-minute shift across a Johannesburg-inspired city - kerbside pick-ups at 15 destinations from a township corner to a glass-tower business square, a freeway run to the airport for double fares, rush-hour traffic, South African road signs and traffic lights, and suburban streets that climb onto a ridge. Every shift rolls its own weather, and the petrol gauge still needs watching. Real physics, real stakes, no account to create.
